DeepDive Global
About

Breathwork is not only for the hard moments.

Wim Janssen, founder of DeepDive Global

It is a tool always available, in the body, wherever you are. Train the body, train the mind, but the system running both is the breath. DeepDive Global exists to put that tool back in people's hands, not only to calm anxiety or move through trauma, but to build strength, energy and clarity for whatever comes next.

The Costa Concordia wreck, salvage operation

Wim Janssen spent ten years as a Navy diver, then moved into commercial and salvage diving, including work on the Costa Concordia wreck. Cold water, limited visibility, real risk, environments where panic was never an option. What kept him alive and clear-headed was his breath.

Years later, at a retreat in Costa Rica, he was introduced to Elemental Rhythm Breathwork. In one session he felt something he had never felt before, a direct connection to his own heart, no thinking, no analysis. Tears came, and instead of holding them back, he let them move. That session changed how he saw breathwork, and what he wanted to do with it.

Salvage crew working on a wreck deck

Today he runs DeepDive Global from The Sanctuary in Phuket, teaching the same tool that once kept him alive underwater, now used to help others regulate, feel, and come back to themselves.

Your job is not to force an experience. You're here to stay with your breath and trust your body. Everything else will follow.
